Theme: Transportation

Concepts and skills: Number 9, long/short and morning/night. We will continue practicing copying our names this quarter, please practice at home.

Vocabulary:car, bus, helicopter, airplane, boat, bicycle, train, motorcycle, stop, go, van, truck, jeep, rocket, taxi.

Character Education: Perseverance. Our goal is: "I try hard, I can do it."

Theme: Christmas                                             

Character Education: Generosity. Our goal is: "I help my classmates and teachers".

Important information:

* Christmas Presentation for Pre-kinder parents is this Friday at 9:20 at the Pre-school court.

* This Friday is a free Colors day, have your child wear Christmas clothes on this day.

* Christmas Holidays Dec.20-Jan.4. Classes resume on Wednesdayday, January 5th.

December 6-10

Dear Parents:

This week we will cover the following:  

Theme: Toys and Christmas

Concepts and skills: Letter Ll and numbers 0- 8. On/off and up/down. We are copying our first names, please practice at home.

Vocabulary: doll, teddy bear, ball, yo-yo, blocks, Christmas Tree, gift, reindeer, candy cane, stocking, jump rope, robot, lights, ornaments, elf.

Character Education: Generosity. Our goal is: "I share the toys in school and at home."

Important Information:

* Next week we will be evaluating  the vocabulary for the following themes: Clothing and Food as well as the letters G-L.


* The pictures with Santa will be taken tomorrow Tuesday, December 7th. If your child is participating, send him/her dressed in Christmas clothes on this day.

* This Friday, Dec. 10th, is Colors Day, the cost is Lps.5.

* Please send the Lps.30 for the Christmas project if you have not done so inside a labeled envelope.

* If you wish to colaborate for the Christmas Baskets, you can still send your donations this week before Friday.(Detergent)
