February 28- March 4 Dr. Seuss Week
Dear Parents:
This week we will be reviewing for our third quarter evaluation. Evaluations will take place next week. Please review with your child at home for 15-20 minutes a day. The content to be evaluated is listed below:
* Reading Readiness:
Your child should be able to name the vocabulary for the following themes:
Your child should be able to name, recognize, sequence and make sets for numbers 0-12.
* Writing Readiness
Your child should be able to copy his/her first name.
Please refer to older posts on this blog when reviewing with your child at home. Thank you for all your support and cooperation.\
Theme: Nursery Rhymes. We will continue learning the Nursery Rhymes.
Character Education: Discipline. Our goal is: "I will follow the line."
Important Information:
* This week we will celebrate Dr. Seuss Week. We will learn about his life, books and characters.
* When sending money to school with your child, remember to always send it inside a labeled envelope with your child's name on it and what the money is for.
* Please read the information about Habitat for Humanity posted below.

Vocabulary: happy, sad, scared, angry, surprised, valentine, love, friends, sharing, candy, hug chocolate, kiss, cupid, cards.
Character Education: Fairness. Our goal is :"I accept my friends as they are."
Important Information:
* Please sign and return report cards if you have not done so.
*This Friday is colors day, the cost is 5 Lps.

Vocabulary: happy, sad, scared, angry, surprised, valentine, love, friends, sharing, candy, hug, chocolate, kiss, cupid, cards
Character Education: Fairness. Our goal is: I accept my friends as they are.
Important information:
*We will celebrate Valentine's Day on February 14th and it will be a free colors day. Please have your child wear Valentine's Day colors. Your child may also bring treats to share today if one is brought for every student in the class.
*Yearbook pictures will be taken in February. Children must wear their complete uniform on that day. Please take note of this important date to be sure your child attends school.
